CANADA FAMILY MIGRATION PROGRAMS

Anyone who is Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Canada may sponsor his/her close family members for Canadian Immigration. The only condition of this visa is it requires arriving immigrants receive care and support from their sponsors. Parent and Grandparent Super Visa:

Second most popular option of bringing parents and grandparents to Canada is the Super Visa Program. Under this program parents or grandparents can receive up to 10 years of multiple entry visa or Visitor category.

Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship:

Under this program Canadian Immigration allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their Parents and Grand Parents for PR.

Provincial Family Class Sponsorship:

Various PNP programs have Family class sponsorship programs. Residents or citizens of these provinces may assist their family by sponsoring them. These are the additional options for bringing family to Canada.

Sponsor to Spouse/ Common-law or Conjugal Partner:

If you are married either with the same sex or opposite sex, Marriage must be legally recognized in the country in which it took place, as well as in Canada. You are eligible to sponsor your partner.

Dependent Children:

Any children in real or adopted are also eligible to move to Canada, if Parent of those children sponsors them. These children are allowed to stay with their parents as per the immigration rules.

Other Sponsorships:

In other sponsorship, persons include: siblings, nephew, niece, grandchildren, uncle, aunt etc. may also be eligible.
